Extremely useful

We went to Rome with mTrip and four other "top five" apps. We easily used mTrip 90% of the time. Excellent map/scheduling/guide.
Pros: good organizer, great map (works offline) good guidebook (updates fairly constantly).
Cons: Some location glitches - the program sometimes thought we werent in Rome (you can fix by turning iPhone on and off). Biggest complaint is that you cant pin your appointments to a specific time, so that every time you add an event you have to reshuffle the days itinerary manually (ie if you have a restaurant or museum reservation specifically for 1 pm adding other events will move it around in the day and youll need to manually correct for that).
BOTTOM LINE: Extremely useful.
